Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies

I always struggle with a healthy snack option. After a while carrots and hummus just stop doing the trick. When I'm in the mood for something more substantial I make these three-ingredient banana, oat and chocolate chip cookies. The recipe originally started off as banana, oat and raisins but honestly why eat raisins when you can eat chocolate.


  • 2 Bananas

  • Two spoonfuls of chocolate chips

  • A cup full of oats

How you make it

  • Mash up two large bananas with a fork, gradually mix in your cup full of oats. Add in your chocolate chips and voila!

  • Spoon your mix onto a baking tray and place in a preheated oven

  • Enjoy with a cup of tea
