Salmon, Avocado and Poached Egg Breakfast Salad

I love finding new breakfast recipes to switch it up. Most of my breakfast options are sweet, including smoothie bowls and overnight oats. This breakfast salad is easy, delicious, low in calorie and high in protein. This recipe contains many skin-loving ingredients including salmon and green leafy vegetables. Kill two birds with this one great recipe and have a healthy breakfast great for your waistline and for your skin!


  • 1/3 of a bag of Spinach, Watercress and Rocket (that you can grab from any supermarket).

  • Half a medium sized Avocado

  • 2 Poached Eggs

  • Two slices of Smoked Salmon

  • A handful of raisins (to add a touch of sweetness)
